Tonight there was a cat making a strange sound. I thought it was Mr. Scruffy because he was black but when I tried to get closer he ran away. Then later I saw him through the window by the food I leave outside. He was more scraggly than Mr. Scruffy and he was making a horrible sort of gurgling/growling sound continuously. I think he's sick. He must be suffering :( I hate this.
