My mom's old locket
Today my sister and I looked through my mom's dresser drawers. One interesting thing we found was a locket that I think once belonged to my great aunt Ruth. At first I thought the photos inside were of me and my sister, but then I realized they must be of Ruth and her sister Bessie :)

Hi Richard. I was just outside cutting up twigs for the green garbage and thinking about the locket - I realized the pics must not be of me and my sis but of aunt Ruth and her sister ;)
Strong family resemblance, eyes look like yours:)
They were my grandfather's spinster sisters. Bessie (the one with the dark hair) died when I was a little kid, but we got to know Ruth pretty well as we grew up.
