I was so disgusted by the Arpaio pardon. The way he allowed the mistreatment of pregnant women, and handicapped people in his jails, not to mention the racial profiling and deprivation of safe food and water, was sadistic. In his own words he called his tent jails "concentration camps". Guess we know what that makes him.
