Snowden
Edward Snowden was on The 11th Hour tonight. Here are a couple of bits of the interview ...
I hope he will someday be allowed to come back home, with no strings attached.

l hope he will be able to come home too. But I'm not holding my breath until Barr is gone.
And I have a hard time thinking that Russia is a very safe haven. About Putin having forgotten about him by now, don't bet on it. I'm curious about how people even survive in that type of asylum. I'm pretty sure he can't just go out and try to find a job. He just wrote a book and he'll get royalties on it. But that takes time to work out, what does he do meantime, even if he got an advance?
Putin's modus operandi isn't to shoot someone when they cross him or he gets tired of them. It's to have one of his minions put poison on a doorknob or something. A horrible type of nerve poison that you take a month to die from. So Snowden needs prayers.
Yeah, I think Putin is planning to use Snowden in some way when it becomes the most beneficial to him. Hopefully Snowden can get away before that occurs. I recall that Snowden supports himself with speaking engagements. He has basically been exonerated by the justice system last year - https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-nsa-spying/us-court-mass-surveillance-program-exposed-by-snowden-was-illegal-idUSKBN25T3CK ...
