Bunnies!

Between my house and the grocery store there's a house with about 20 bunnies in the yard. Yesterday on the way to the store I took pictures of them, but only a few turned out ok. The bunnies have totally eradicated every living plant in their yard :) so I bought them some carrots at the store and threw them over the fence on the way home ... that's when I should have taken the photos :)

Once upon a time, my daughter aquired a bunny. Daughter was sad because the bunny was in a cage. Daughter let the bunny play in the yard. Meanwhile another bunny escaped from a neighbor' bunny hutch. Within a fortnight we had acres of bunnies of all shapes and sizes. Since, Descartes not withstanding, I am not allowed to dispach bunnies in any other way, I was sureptitiously sneaking bags of bunnies to adjacent neighborhoods every other week. But even this extreeme and ecologically unsound practice was woeully insuficient. We were still accumulating bunnies at an alarming rate. Then we got a cat. I love cats.

Hi Richard,

Heh :) If only bunnies weren't Catholic, you could sign them up for contraception.

Thanks, Dyan. I can't take credit for it - I just point the camera and push the button and hope some will turn out ok. I bought the camera 8 years ago for about $250 .... a good investment.
