RIP: Alexei Navalny
As Tucker Carlson worshipfully interviews Putin in Moscow, as Republican politicians deny Ukraine the money they need to save their country from Putin, and as Trump voices his support for Putin over our NATO allies, we learn that the main Russian critic of Putin, Alexei Navalny, has died in the Polar Wolf prison in the Arctic Circle.

Alexei Navalny, Russian President Vladimir Putin's most formidable domestic opponent, fell unconscious and died on Friday after a walk at the "Polar Wolf" Arctic penal colony where he was serving a three-decade sentence, authorities said.
The death of Navalny, a 47-year-old former lawyer, robs the disparate Russian opposition of its most courageous leader as Putin prepares for an election which will keep the former KGB spy in power until at least 2030 ...
Very sad. And it shows what Putin-loving Trump and his Republican thralls truly are.

I am sorry to hear that Navalny died. And I am not convinced it was from natural causes. He supposedly "just collapsed" while taking a walk. In a gulag north of the arctic circle in the winter? Just a little fresh air...
I see that Putin thinks Tucker is an idiot. That must sting after all the boot licking he did.
I wonder if we'll ever know what really happened to Navalny. He was really a brave person to go back to Russia after he had been poisoned. Maybe Tucker thinks Putin is just a Russian version of Trump, but I fear he's much more intelligent and dangerous.
