Larely I've been watching a lot of videos from Dr. Alex Wibberley on health issues. He's an emergency room doc in the UK and has a lot of good preventative advice.

Sorry to disappoint you Crystal, but his entire channel is AI generated, so this man doesn't exist. There's a doctor with this name and appearance who probably agreed for his likeness to be used for this for a stream of income, but this means we don't know how much these AI scripts get reviewed. Most of what he's saying is decent but you never know who's behind these scripts and what they may be missing in review after AI helps generate them. Plus to me it was just disappointing to find yourself liking and listening to a person that doesn't exist.
I listen to a lot of videos at Youtube. I think of it the same way I think of written information in articles and books and online ... if you are going to depend on it, you should try to verify it, compare it to other sources, find an expert that is trustworthy on that subject. If Dr. Alex is just a bot and not a real person, that is disappointing, if only because it seems to be a misrepresentation to viewers.
