The sociopath-in-chief

After the antisemitic murders in Pittsburgh, Trump has kept to his schedule of rallies with his zombie horde, has worried about his hairdo, and has fumed about national tragedies sucking the oxygen from his hoped-for news cycle. Now, as those suffering in Pittsburgh begin to bury their dead, Trump plans to visit them, despite the fact (because of the fact?) that those in Pittsburgh have asked him not to come ...

Hi Crystal,

First and foremost: internet hugs if you would like them. I'm still reading your blog regularly but haven't been commenting because I just can't seem to find the words to adequately express my grief for the United States. I'm so saddened and angered by the "sociopath-in-chief" and his flying monkeys - the daily lies and evil actions spread by them is incredibly and continually shocking. I wish I could do more than just send internet empathy :( Thank you for sharing your experiences and links to news sites that have the integrity to report the facts.

Thanks, Dyan. Flying monkeys - that's a good description! ;) Trump has been incredibly damaging, but almost more depressing is the realization that a significant amount of voters actually like what he's doing. Someday he'll finally be gone, but they will remain. I think this is all about more than politics, it's about human nature and deciding what kind of people we will be before it's too late.

I agree with you that it's more than politics. Trump is a symptom of the widespread problem!

Yeah. But it seems less a problem in Canada ... Justin Trudeau :)
