Is Oceana a nature preserve?
It's a non=profit conservation group that advocates for the preservation of the ocean. I often get emails from them asking me to sign petitions. Wikipedia says it was "established in 2001 by an international group of leading foundations including the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Sandler Foundation, and The Pew Charitable Trusts." It posts nice photos :)
