Squirrels
See, it's not just me. I've lost count of how many people have complained since I was a little kid that I liked animals too much, that it was odd, that I seemed to care more about animals than I cared about humans.
But there are zillions of videos online of people helping and caring for animals, domestic and wild, and they all seem pretty normal and adjusted. Thanks to YouTube, I have finally found "my people" ;)

I have always thought that it was a good sign when people are kind to animals; it usually means they are kind to people, too. I wouldn't have married a guy who was mean to animals. My husband loves animals, especially cats, so that's a good thing!
